01

Small Input

A walk. A good night's sleep. A phone call. The inputs are so small they almost feel insignificant.

Outsized Return

Compounded over years and decades, those small bets add up to more energy, less pain, and a longer, fuller life.

03

Keep It Simple

Simple is not the same as easy. But it is almost always better than complicated.
